Turkish Bath and Sauna

The Turkish bath is an injection of steam at around 100°C , which maintains the ambient temperature at around 43°C.

The humidity promotes fluid drainage and toxin elimination, increases body oxygenation, tones tissues, and leaves the skin radiant. This treatment can also be beneficial for respiratory tract in the case of allergies and rhinitis.

Sauna

During the session, the acceleration of the heartbeat burns a significant amount of calories. Sweating purifies the body by expelling toxins and free radicals, improving the immune system, and combating aging.
The treatment promotes skin cleansing, making it more elastic and relaxed. The release of endorphins generates a sense of well-being.
